Description The herbaceous perennial Vinca minor 'Alba Variegata' (creeping myrtle) is repeat-blooming and bears showy, medium blue and fragrant blooms during early spring to mid-summer. The showy glossy foliage is variegated, deep green and pale yellow in colour, medium in texture and evergreen.
Typical Uses Accent, alpine or rock garden, border, container, edging, ground cover, foundation, mass planting and woodland.
Special Characteristics Vinca minor 'Alba Variegata' tolerates drought, Black Walnut and moderate foot traffic, and is noted for being naturally resistant to deer and rabbits.
Cautions Be advised that Vinca minor 'Alba Variegata' (creeping myrtle) may be invasive where conditions are favourable. In such cases it will require maintenance to keep it under control.
