Description Tanacetum vulgare (golden buttons) bears showy, bright yellow and fragrant blooms during mid summer to late summer. This herbaceous perennial is clump forming and has medium green foliage that is showy, medium textured and fragrant. The stems are fragrant.
Typical Uses Alpine or rock garden and border.
Special Characteristics Butterflies are attracted to Tanacetum vulgare . Tanacetum vulgare is tolerant of compacted soil and pollution.
