Description Symphytum 'Rubrum' (ornamental comfrey) bears bright red blooms during late spring to mid-summer. The foliage is deep green in colour.

Special Characteristics It is worthy to note that Symphytum 'Rubrum' tolerates drought, and has a natural resistance to rabbits.
