The herbaceous perennial Sisyrinchium angustifolium (blue-eyed grass) bears showy and bright yellow blooms during late spring to early summer. The matte foliage is medium green in colour and fine in texture.

Cautions
Where conditions are favourable, Sisyrinchium angustifolium (blue-eyed grass) can be invasive and may require maintenance to keep it under control. This plant is self-sowing and may spread broadly and randomly.
