Description Scabiosa japonica bears showy, bright blue and repeat-blooming blooms during mid-summer to early fall. This plant is mound shaped in form and has deep green foliage that is glossy and fine textured.

Special Characteristics Hummingbirds and butterflies are attracted to Scabiosa japonica . Scabiosa japonica is tolerant of drought.
