Description Rosmarinus officinalis (bush rosemary) bears showy, white and fragrant blossoms during early spring to early summer. This herbaceous perennial is clump forming and has greyish green foliage that is showy, matte, fine textured, evergreen and fragrant. The stems are exfoliating in texture and fragrant.
