Description Rosmarinus officinalis 'Tuscan Blue' (rosemary) bears showy, medium violet and fragrant blossoms during mid-spring to early summer. This shrub is rounded in form and has dark aquamarine foliage that is showy, matte, fine textured, evergreen and fragrant. The bark is exfoliating in texture and fragrant.
