Description Potentilla fruticosa 'Snowbird' (shrubby cinquefoil) bears showy, white, fragrant and repeat-blooming flowers during early summer to mid-fall. This shrub is rounded in form and has greyish green foliage that is matte and fine textured. The bark is exfoliating in texture.
