The herbaceous perennial Platycodon grandiflorus 'Miss Tilly' (dwarf balloon flower) bears showy, medium violet, fragrant and repeat-blooming blossoms during early summer to mid-fall. This plant is clump forming and has matte and medium textured foliage that is medium green and greyish aquamarine in colour.
