Platycodon grandiflorus 'Astra Blue' (dwarf balloon flower) bears showy, medium blue, fragrant and repeat-blooming blossoms during mid-spring to mid-fall. This herbaceous perennial is clump forming and has medium green and greyish aquamarine foliage that is matte and medium textured.
