Description Phlox stolonifera 'Pink Ridge' (creeping phlox) bears showy, light pink and fragrant blossoms during mid spring. This herbaceous perennial is mat forming and has medium green foliage that is matte, medium textured and evergreen.
Typical Uses Alpine or rock garden, border, cut flowers, edging, ground cover and wild flower.
Special Characteristics Hummingbirds and butterflies are attracted to Phlox stolonifera 'Pink Ridge' .
Cautions Self-sowing, this plant can spread broadly and randomly where conditions are ideal for the seeds to germinate. However, this can be a benefit if you plan to use this plant in naturalizations.
