Description The herbaceous perennial Phlox paniculata 'Bartwentynine' (White Flame) (dwarf garden phlox) is repeat-blooming and bears showy, white and fragrant blossoms during mid-summer to mid-fall. The matte foliage is medium green in colour and medium in texture.
