Description The herbaceous perennial Phlox divaricata (wild blue phlox) yields showy, bright blue and fragrant blossoms during mid-spring. This plant is mat forming and has matte, medium textured and semi-evergreen foliage that is faded green in colour.
Typical Uses Alpine or rock garden, border, ground cover and wild flower.
Special Characteristics Birds and butterflies are attracted to Phlox divaricata .
