Description Penstemon 'Pheni Reeda' (Phoenix Red) (beardtongue) bears showy, white and repeat-blooming blossoms during late summer to early autumn. This herbaceous perennial is clump forming and has medium green foliage that is matte, medium textured and semi-evergreen.
