Description The ornamental grass Paspalum notatum (bahia grass) yields showy, medium green and repeat-blooming blossoms during mid-spring to mid-fall. This plant is mat forming and has glossy, coarse textured and evergreen foliage that is medium green in colour.

Cautions Depending upon your local conditions, Paspalum notatum (bahia grass) may be invasive. Self-sowing, this plant can spread broadly and randomly where conditions are ideal for the seeds to germinate. However, this can be a benefit if you plan to use this plant in naturalizations.
