Description The ornamental grass Nassella tenuissima 'Pony Tails' (finestem needlegrass) produces showy and medium green blossoms during early summer to mid summer. This plant is arching in form and has showy, matte, fine textured and semi-evergreen foliage that is faded green in colour. Showy fruit are produced by Nassella tenuissima 'Pony Tails' (finestem needlegrass).
Typical Uses Alpine or rock garden, border, container, dried flowers and edging.
Special Characteristics Nassella tenuissima 'Pony Tails' is tolerant of drought.
Cautions This plant is self-sowing and may spread broadly and randomly.
