Description The "bulb, corm or tuber" Muscari comosum (tassel grape hyacinth) bears showy, multi-coloured faded purple and fragrant blossoms during early spring to late spring. The matte foliage is medium green in colour and fine in texture.
Typical Uses Alpine or rock garden, border and cut flowers.
Special Characteristics Muscari comosum is tolerant of drought.
Cautions This plant is self-sowing and may spread broadly and randomly.
