Description The herbaceous perennial Mimulus guttatus (common monkey-flower) bears showy, bright yellow, fragrant and repeat-blooming blossoms during early summer to mid-summer. This plant is mat forming and has matte and fine textured foliage that is medium green and faded green in colour.
Typical Uses Bog, container, pond and wild flower.
Special Characteristics Hummingbirds are attracted to Mimulus guttatus . Mimulus guttatus is tolerant of wet sites.
