Description The herbaceous perennial Lobelia cardinalis 'Eulalia Berridge' (cardinal flower) bears showy and faded magenta blossoms during mid-summer to late summer. The showy glossy foliage is greyish green in colour, medium in texture and semi-evergreen.
Typical Uses Bog, border, pond, waterfront and wild flower.
Special Characteristics Hummingbirds and butterflies are attracted to Lobelia cardinalis 'Eulalia Berridge' . This plant has a natural ability to resist deer, and it is tolerant of wet sites.
