Description The herbaceous perennial Liriope muscari 'Variegata' (border grass) bears showy and medium violet blossoms during late summer to mid autumn. This plant is clump forming and has showy, glossy, fine textured and evergreen foliage that is striped bright yellow and deep green in colour. Showy fruit are produced by Liriope muscari 'Variegata' (border grass).
Typical Uses Accent, alpine or rock garden, border, container, edging, ground cover, foundation, mass planting and woodland.
Special Characteristics This plant has a natural ability to resist deer and rabbits, and it is tolerant of drought and compacted soil.
