Description The herbaceous perennial Liriope muscari 'Big Blue' (border grass) bears showy and medium violet blossoms during late summer to early autumn. This plant is clump forming and has showy, glossy, fine textured and evergreen foliage that is deep green in colour. Showy fruit are produced by Liriope muscari 'Big Blue' (border grass).
Typical Uses Accent, alpine or rock garden, border, container, edging, ground cover, foundation, mass planting and woodland.
Special Characteristics Birds are attracted to Liriope muscari 'Big Blue' . This plant has a natural ability to resist deer and rabbits, and it is tolerant of drought, compacted soil and salt.
