Description The deciduous shrub Ligustrum obtusifolium (border privet) is repeat-blooming and bears showy, white and fragrant blossoms during late spring to late summer. The glossy foliage is deep green in colour and fine in texture. Ligustrum obtusifolium (border privet) bears showy fruit. This plant has spotted and smooth bark.
