This herbaceous perennial is mound shaped in form and has dark aquamarine and greyish green foliage that is showy, matte, fine textured, evergreen and fragrant. The fruit produced by Lavandula stoechas 'Anouk' (French lavender) is aromatic. The stems are fragrant.
