Description This plant is mat forming and has showy, matte, medium textured, aromatic and evergreen foliage that is faded green and medium lime in colour. The bark is smooth in texture.
Typical Uses Container, edging, ground cover and topiary.
Special Characteristics Juniperus horizontalis tolerates drought and salt.
Cautions Thorns or spines can be a problem with Juniperus horizontalis (creeping juniper). Handle with care. Careful planning of its positioning in your garden will avoid injuries to children and pets.
