Description The showy matte foliage is medium lime and light brown in colour, medium in texture, fragrant and evergreen. Juniperus horizontalis 'Mother Lode' (creeping juniper) has fissured bark.
Typical Uses Border, container, edging, ground cover and topiary.
Special Characteristics Juniperus horizontalis 'Mother Lode' is tolerant of drought. In autumn, Juniperus horizontalis 'Mother Lode' is alight with fall colour, and in winter it provides winter interest.
