Description Jasminum mesnyi (primrose jasmine) bears showy, bright yellow, fragrant and repeat-blooming blossoms during early spring to late winter. This shrub is arching in form and has deep green foliage that is glossy, medium textured and evergreen. The bark is smooth in texture.
