Description The herbaceous perennial Iris foetidissima (scarlet-berry iris) yields showy and faded fuchsia blossoms during late spring. This plant has evergreen foliage that is deep green in colour. Showy fruit are produced by Iris foetidissima (scarlet-berry iris).
Typical Uses Accent, border, container, cut flowers, dried flowers, edging, mass planting and woodland.
Special Characteristics Iris foetidissima has a natural resistance to deer and rabbits. During winter Iris foetidissima lends winter interest to your garden.
