Description Hydrangea macrophylla 'Tricolor' (bigleaf hydrangea) bears showy, faded azure and repeat-blooming blossoms during mid-summer to early fall. This shrub is rounded in form and has variegated faded green and pale yellow foliage that is glossy and coarse textured. The bark is smooth in texture.
