The broadleaf evergreen Gardenia jasminoides 'Daruma' (cape jessamine) yields showy, white, fragrant and repeat-blooming blossoms during late spring to mid autumn. This plant is rounded in form and has showy, glossy, medium textured and evergreen foliage that is deep green in colour. The bark is smooth in texture.
