Description The ornamental grass Festuca rubra 'Molate' (red fescue) bears medium green blossoms during mid-spring to early summer. The matte foliage is greyish green and light grey in colour, fine in texture and semi-evergreen.
Typical Uses Alpine or rock garden, border, edging, ground cover and lawn.
Special Characteristics Birds are attracted to Festuca rubra 'Molate' .
