Description Festuca quadriflora (four-leaved fescue) bears medium green blossoms during early summer to late summer. This ornamental grass is clump forming and has bright yellow and greyish aquamarine foliage that is showy, matte and fine textured.
Typical Uses Alpine or rock garden, border, container, edging and ground cover.
Cautions Self-sowing, this plant can spread broadly and randomly where conditions are ideal for the seeds to germinate. However, this can be a benefit if you plan to use this plant in naturalizations.
