The ornamental grass Festuca glauca (blue fescue) bears medium green blossoms during early summer to mid-summer. This plant is clump forming and has showy, matte, fine textured and evergreen foliage that is greyish aquamarine and greyish green in colour.

Festuca glauca tolerates drought.
Cautions
Self-sowing, this plant can spread broadly and randomly where conditions are ideal for the seeds to germinate. However, this can be a benefit if you plan to use this plant in naturalizations.
