Description The herbaceous perennial Dianthus 'Strawberry Sorbet' (dessert cheddar pinks) yields showy, fragrant and repeat-blooming blossoms during late spring to early autumn. This plant is mound shaped in form and has matte, fine textured and semi-evergreen foliage.
Typical Uses Alpine or rock garden, bedding plant, border, container, cut flowers, dried flowers, edging, foundation and mass planting.
Special Characteristics This herbaceous perennial attracts hummingbirds and butterflies to your garden. Dianthus 'Strawberry Sorbet' tolerates drought and salt, and is noted for being naturally resistant to deer.
