Description Cyclamen persicum (florists' cyclamen) bears showy, dark pink, fragrant and repeat-blooming flowers during late fall to early spring. This "bulb, corm or tuber" is clump forming and has greyish green and pale green foliage that is showy, matte and medium textured.
Typical Uses Alpine or rock garden, bedding plant, border, container and house plant.
Special Characteristics Butterflies are attracted to Cyclamen persicum .
Cautions This plant is self-sowing and may spread broadly and randomly.
