Description The herbaceous perennial Corydalis lutea (golden corydalis) bears showy and pastel yellow blossoms during mid-spring to early fall. The foliage is greyish green in colour.
Typical Uses Accent, alpine or rock garden, border, container, cut flowers, edging, mass planting and woodland.
Special Characteristics This plant has a natural ability to resist deer and rabbits.
Cautions Be advised that Corydalis lutea (golden corydalis) may be invasive where conditions are favourable. In such cases it will require maintenance to keep it under control. This plant is self-sowing, and without intervention may spread broadly and randomly.
