Description Cordyline australis (cabbage tree) bears white and fragrant flowers during late spring to mid-summer. This broadleaf evergreen is upright and has medium red and medium orange foliage that is showy, matte, coarse textured and evergreen. The fruit produced by Cordyline australis (cabbage tree) is showy and bi-coloured. The bark is scaly in texture.
