Description The annual Collinsia verna (blue-eyed mary) bears showy and bi-coloured pastel purple and white blossoms during mid-spring to late spring. The foliage is greyish lime in colour.
Typical Uses Annual, naturalization, waterfront, wild flower and woodland.
Special Characteristics This annual attracts butterflies to your garden.
Cautions Bees and wasps are attracted to Collinsia verna (blue-eyed mary). This could be an issue if there are severe allergies in the household.
