Description The "bulb, corm or tuber" Chionodoxa luciliae (glory-of-the-snow) bears showy and bi-coloured faded blue and pale blue blossoms during early spring to mid spring. The matte foliage is dark lime in colour and fine in texture.
Typical Uses Alpine or rock garden, bedding plant, border, container, cut flowers, ground cover, lawn, mass planting, naturalization, wild flower and woodland.
Special Characteristics Chionodoxa luciliae tolerates drought.
