Description The deciduous shrub Chaenomeles speciosa (flowering quince) bears showy and greyish red blooms during early spring to mid-spring. The glossy foliage is greyish green in colour and medium in texture. Chaenomeles speciosa (flowering quince) bears fragrant and showy fruit. This plant has smooth bark.
Typical Uses Border, cut flowers, hedge, screening and topiary.
