Description The shrub Ceratostigma willmottianum (Chinese plumbago) bears showy and bright blue blossoms during late summer to early fall. This plant is rounded in form and has matte and medium textured foliage that is medium green and faded green in colour. The bark is smooth in texture.

Special Characteristics Butterflies are attracted to Ceratostigma willmottianum . Ceratostigma willmottianum is tolerant of drought.
