Description The herbaceous perennial Cephalaria gigantea (yellow scabious) is repeat-blooming and bears showy and pale yellow flowers during early summer to late summer. The foliage is dark lime in colour.
Typical Uses Bedding plant, border, cut flowers and naturalization.
Special Characteristics Butterflies are attracted to Cephalaria gigantea .
Cautions Bees and wasps are attracted to Cephalaria gigantea (yellow scabious). This could be an issue if there are severe allergies in the household.
