Description The herbaceous perennial Centaurea montana 'Amethyst in Snow' (bachelor's button) bears showy, bi-coloured greyish fuchsia and white, fragrant and repeat-blooming blossoms during late spring to mid summer. This plant is clump forming and has matte and medium textured foliage that is greyish green in colour.
Typical Uses Accent, border, container, cut flowers, dried flowers, edging, mass planting and wild flower.
