Description The sedge Carex flaccosperma (blue wood sedge) yields pastel lime blossoms during late spring to early summer. This plant is clump forming and has fine textured and evergreen foliage that is greyish lime in colour.
Typical Uses Accent, alpine or rock garden, border, edging, ground cover, mass planting, pond, waterfront and woodland.
Special Characteristics Carex flaccosperma is tolerant of drought.
