Description The herbaceous perennial Campanula carpatica 'Pearl Deep Blue' (Carpathian bellflower) bears showy, bright blue, fragrant and repeat-blooming blossoms during late spring to early fall. This plant is mound shaped in form and has glossy and medium textured foliage that is medium green and faded green in colour.
