Description The broadleaf evergreen Buxus sinica var. insularis 'Winter Beauty' (Korean boxwood) bears medium yellow and fragrant blossoms. The showy glossy foliage is greyish lime in colour, fine in texture and evergreen.
Typical Uses Alpine or rock garden, container, edging, hedge and foundation.
Special Characteristics This plant has a natural ability to resist pests and rabbits.
Cautions Bees and wasps are attracted to Buxus sinica var. insularis 'Winter Beauty' (Korean boxwood) so be careful when you are working around the plant. Also allow some buffer space around the plant in your garden design for walkways or living space in your garden.
