Description The herbaceous perennial Artemisia schmidtiana 'Silver Mound' (dwarf silvermound) bears pastel yellow and fragrant blooms during mid summer to late summer. The showy matte foliage is greyish green and light grey in colour, fine in texture and aromatic.
Typical Uses Alpine or rock garden, border, container and edging.
Special Characteristics Artemisia schmidtiana 'Silver Mound' tolerates drought and salt, and is noted for being naturally resistant to deer and rabbits.
