Description The shrub Artemisia abrotanum (southernwood) yields bright yellow and fragrant blossoms during late summer. This plant is upright and has showy, matte, medium textured, fragrant and semi-evergreen foliage that is greyish green in colour.
Typical Uses Accent, alpine or rock garden, border, container, cut flowers, mass planting and vegetable garden.
Special Characteristics Artemisia abrotanum tolerates drought, and is noted for being naturally resistant to deer and rabbits.
