Description The herbaceous perennial Aquilegia vulgaris 'Woodside Gold' (Vervaeneana Group) (common columbine) bears showy and bright blue flowers during mid spring to early summer. The showy matte foliage is bright yellow and pastel yellow in colour and fine in texture.
Typical Uses Alpine or rock garden, bedding plant, border, cut flowers and wild flower.
Special Characteristics Hummingbirds and butterflies are attracted to Aquilegia vulgaris 'Woodside Gold' (Vervaeneana Group) .
