Description Alpinia zerumbet 'Variegata' (golden lotus) bears showy, white, fragrant and repeat-blooming blooms during mid spring to mid summer. This herbaceous perennial is clump forming and has variegated and striped greyish green and pale lime foliage that is showy, glossy, bold textured, evergreen and fragrant. The stems are fragrant.
