Description The "bulb, corm or tuber" Allium flavum (fragrant yellow onion) yields showy, bright yellow and fragrant blossoms during late spring to mid-summer. This plant has matte, medium textured and fragrant foliage that is greyish aquamarine in colour. The stems are aromatic.
Typical Uses Alpine or rock garden, border and cut flowers.
Cautions This plant is self-sowing and may spread broadly and randomly.
